I’m not only a scientist, an explorer and AI wizard, I’m also a musician…put these together and we are now creating instruments online.
Introducing my first piano app. You may take the liberty to step into this wonderful piano visualization MVP:

(excuse the lack of http-s for the moment)
This creation resulted as I tested the new GPT-5 (Thinking) capabilities. For the record, I only started with the following prompt:
“Using the most appropriate JavaScript tech stack, create a sophisticated piano application with captivating visual effects that can seamlessly receive MIDI input from an external keyboard and computer. The app should showcase a meticulously designed 88-key piano layout, allowing users to select their MIDI device input and access basic configuration settings through dedicated menus within an intuitive user interface for optimal user experience. Incorporate stunning, colorful explosions with advanced physics and gravity effects that dynamically respond to the keys and tempo of the piano playing, adjusting color variations and intensities based on the speed and volume of the performance. Ensure that sustained notes are visually represented accurately with elongated visuals against a dark background for enhanced visibility. Even without a MIDI device connected, users should be able to play the piano, record their sessions, and replay performances for later viewing. Prioritize user engagement and satisfaction by surpassing existing piano display apps through meticulous attention to detail and seamless functionality, catering to both amateur and professional musicians seeking an immersive and visually stimulating piano experience. Please provide the necessary scripts in their complete form; the most important thing is for you to provide complete unabridged scripts ensuring to mention their names and where to place them within my codebase. We need genius level in your execution, so switch it up please. Turn up all intelligence settings all the way to the max and spend the most thinking time to get it all correct. This job is critical for my career, so think hard before providing your output.”
So far, so great, but I tried getting Midi controller to work 😣 without success…so that’ll be the next fix/update hopefully.🤞🏼
Did you try it out? What would you wanna see made?
